Application:
The machine is a fully-automatic forming-sealing-packaging machine, and is applicable for packing ketchup, sauce etc.

Operation:

Procedure:

1. Lower film loading: both rigid film and flexible film can be used.
2. Thermoforming: heated in forming die and formed into required trays.
3. Cutting: Easy tearing is made.
4. Filling: the formed trays are loaded automatically by the filling machine.
5. Upper film covering: optional code printer can be applied.
6. Sealing: only sealing.
7. Punch cutting: the packs are cut across the machine direction initially.
8. Conveying: end products will be discharged on conveyor.
9. Waste disposal: waste film rolling takes away the scrap.
