SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Nr. 1, Filling and cooling system of cocoa butter cartons of 25 kg.

COOLING TUNNEL
-Used width 1000 mm, covered length 14 meters, with initial extension of 0.5 meter and final of 0.5 meters (total length 15 meters);
-Realized cover with jacketed metal structure, 70 mm thickness of thermo insulation material, external and internal side made of stainless steel. With inspection panels and possibility of their opening;
-With support for sliding of belt for elevation loadings;
-Air cooling system complete with:
-2 batteries of evaporators with electric radial valves and basin for collection of condensed water, cooling compressors for total cooling capacity of 65,000 kCal/h (expansion temperature -5°C), thermostats, thermostatic valves, separators for liquid and oil, filters, pressure switch
-Condensing batteries for air - for positioning on the outlet of production department
-Electrical and command devices and electronic control devices are placed in panel placed on machine frame, realized in accordance with European normative.
-Dehumidification system running on positive pressure, with injection of dehumidification air on inlet of tunnel
ELECTRONIC WEIGHTER WITH ROLLER CONVEYOR
Digital weighter with possibility of measuring up to 40 kg, with roller conveyor made of stainless steel and command on automatic valve
TECHNOLOGICAL PIPELINE
Jacketed and made of stainless steel, for circulation of water for tempering/heating; with automatic three-star valve, controlled by weighter. Total length is 6 meters.

COOLING PROCESS:
After filling, carton boxes with cocoa butter go to cooling tunnel via roller conveying system. Carton boxes filled with cocoa butter, net weight 25 kg, in two rows travels on rollers through the cooling tunnel. Tunnel is equipped with refrigeration system. In the tunnel we have four block-system evaporators equipped with fans for air circulation, expansion valves, compressor, thermostats and other needed elements. Every of four evaporators is forming air temperature conditions in his zone all in order to provide correct crystallization and solidification of the cocoa butter.
Air condensing unit (dry cooler) for refrigeration system will be mounted outside of production area, and its provided for Ghanaian weather conditions.
Cooling capacity of the refrigeration is realised by two Copolend compressor  10HP+15HP with total capacity of around 67,000 kCal/h
THE SUPPLY SHALL BE COMPOSED OF: 
-Idle roller conveyor made of stainless steel length 1,500 mm.
-Automatic feeding cartons to the cooling tunnel, made of stainless steel,which including two pneumatic pushers for  insertion and removal of the filled up cartons, weight accuracy: +/- 50 gr.
-Bag roller conveyor made of stainless steel length 3000 mm for cartons closing operations.
 
-Multi-zone cooling tunnel made of stainless steel, provided with thermal insulated walls, inner useful width of the conveying belt 1000 mm. Total covered length 14.000 mm. Advancing speed of the belt, made of stainless steel, adjustable among  0.1 to 0.3 m/min, complete with product delivery table of 500 mm.and output idle roller from the tunnel of 1000 mm.
 
-The supply shall include evaporators complete with radial electric fans and condensate collection basin, refrigerator compressors of 65,000 kcal/h minimum refrigerating power, thermostats, thermostatic valves, oil and liquid separators, as well as filters, pressure switches and air condensation batteries to be located outside the production dept.
 
-The tunnel will be provided with a positive pressure dehumidifier with dehumidified air injection.
 
-Digital weighter with possibility of measuring up to 40 kg, with roller conveyor made of stainless steel and command on automatic valve
 Over conveying and refrigeration components of the tunnel, there is covering structure with thermos-insulating panels. Good insulation of the tunnel is needed for good carrying out the process and energy saving. During the process of reducing the humidity of the air passing through the dehumidifierAll refrigerating, conveying and structural components, materials and working mediums are non-toxic and in accordance with the applicable conditions in the food industry (metal components in stainless steel AISI 304).
