A,Distance controller (3 sets) part:
This part contents three sets of distance pulling conveyors,which helps the series of products to divide into two volumes.The speed of those 3 sets of distance pulling conveyor is changing graduately by differential velocity and baffles, in order to divide products into two volumes.
B,Distributing converyor (1 set) part:
This part will pull some distant between each line or each product,especial for those sticky product.
C,Auto sorting unit (with steering) (2 sets) part :
The part has steering function and laminating funtion.Automatic feeding part has the buffer storage function, avoiding packaging machine stopping for times. The speed of feeding and packing is match perfectly,guaranteeing on product no package.The detectors sense lack of product for packing,the packing speed will slow down.When product is on the flight again,it will continue packing automatically without any manual operation.
D,Horizontal packing machine ZP-550(2 sets)system:
The system is combined by 3 sets horizontal packing machine;The packing machines installed with date printer. For easy operation, each machine with the double paper support rolls. It guarantees the packing speed is 250 bags/min
