Introduction:
1.Chocolate bean making machine compose of chocolate cold roller with 10HP cooling compressor, three layers cooling tunnel with 8HP cooling compressor, chocolate rims separator unit and two drums of cooling glycol mixture.
2.Chocolate bean forming machine is used for producing chocolate beans in various shapes by the technology of cold rolling. The shapes of chocolate bean include chocolate ball, chocolate egg, chocolate lentil (like M&M), chocolate heart etc.
3. Real chocolate and compound chocolate are both workable to make in this machine.

In standard model of machine, there is one set of cold roller included. For optional function, there is space for two sets of cold rollers in the machine. We can manufacture two sets of cold rollers for two sizes and shapes of chocolate bean in the same one machine based on extra cost of second set of cold roller.
We have two models for chocolate bean forming machine, one model is MGCM400 with roller size of 400mmx414mm, and another model is MGCM600 with roller size of 600mmx414mm.

DELIVERY DATE:
Within 10 days upon the receipt of the down payment
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
40% by T/T as the down payment, the balance shall be paid by T/T
before shipment.
WARRANTY:
The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since
the date of installation. During the warranty period, any
problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the
buyer will replace the parts at the seller's cost. If the defaults are
aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical
assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be
responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
Utilities:
The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, which are
suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our
machinery.
