Payment Method:
The Purchaser shall pay of 30% the total contract amounts after signing the contract;
The Purchaser shall pay of 70% the total contract amounts by TT or L/C before the goods leave the Seller's factory.
Quality Guarantee
twelve months commencing from the date of the certificate of acceptance signed by buyer after installation and commissioning finished of the machine. However, not exceeding fifteen months after the date of arrival in port of destination. Whichever comes earlier.
