Description:

2. After the semi-finished products are entered into the roller, they will go farward in a certain speed in the roller, in the process of which,the spraying machine and seasoning machine will spray syrub and spreading the flavoring powder.
3, the operation of the seasoning machine the operation is smooth and reliable, the quantity of seasoning powder can be controled strictly,because the speed of screw is controled by the frequency.
4. The outer of the roller is jacketed the heated constabtly, so as to keep the syrub in a liquid condition,and this will evaporate the extra water in the syrub when coating. The roller has a built-in with  a scraper to prevent the product from sticking to the roller.
5. The sugar-spraying machine adopts the screw pump, which is strong and powerful, and it is used for high viscosity and high consistency products.Spray coating temperature is controllable.
